CS 1 GROUP LEGAL OFFICE Comment
Finally, July 12, 2007, USNCB send us a Mail of “sweet talk” and justification in which was enclosed the
above Assistance Request to Interpol France dated July 9, 2007:
The Mail reflects the pure tradition of bad faith of USNCB Legal Counsel!
And the enclosure proves USNCB failure to fulfil its duty 10 months ago.
The Response to July 9, 2007 request states the following facts:
- Marc’s 1985 Final exoneration is truly definitive judicial judgment as we repeatedly alleged to USNCB,
September 19, 2006, by sending them the documentation “Extrait des Minutes du Secretariat – Greffe de
la cour d’Appel de Grenoble, Arret Correctionel” that USNCB speaks about in its July 9, 2007 mail.
- Interpol France is the source of "initial information" which reported Marc’s 1983 conviction;
- The "initial information" was processed between Interpol’s Members inside Interpol’s structure in
1991 and never before.
The "initial information" is not only false or inaccurate but 6 years after the 1985 exoneration, it’s a lie and
a calumny spread by official law enforcement agency through official network to other international official
law enforcement agencies.
Thus, the "initial information" detained by USNCB shows no longer a gross failure and negligence of data
accuracy and updating but all the more a data handling fraud.
- And finally No authorization Indication to provide to us the written response of Interpol France was
sent, differently to Interpol France words...
Last news from Ms. Beaty USNCB states that the TRUE information is now added to Marc’s file; like during
any regular/standard updating procedure.
BUT this time, the "initial information" has to be completely deleted from USNCB file because it was a
calumny supplied by French Officials.
As long as the "initial information" is not destroyed it reflects a vitiated representation of the truth.
For the reasons stated above, CS 1 Group™ has several causes of action to allege against the
defendants:
USNCB and Mr. Smith Legal Counsel & Mr. Martin Renkiewicz, Director,
Interpol General Secretariat and Mr. Noble General Secretary & Mr. Martha General Counsel,
NCB Paris and Mme Monteil Director DCPJ & Legal Counsel.
CS 1 Group™ will send certified notice to enjoin Interpol General Secretariat, USNCB and NCB Paris to
delete or to obtain that the calumny is deleted from USNCB files and EVERYWHERE IT WAS REPORTED
