RE: New FOIA request, ie. updated file checking

Dear Mr. Renkiewicz:

Please allow this letter to serve as new FOIA request following your August 29, 2007 letter. You have
informed us that you have updated our file accordingly to IP France reply (July 13, 2007) to your assistance
demand (July 9, 2007) and we would need to check it.

Accordingly to your last letter (October 3, 2007) « Also, any request for the revision or removal of
Federal/non-Federal arrest data in our system of records must be received from the law enforcement agency
(ies) which originally submitted the information to us or from some other criminal agency of competent
jurisdiction. »,   I convey to you our October 8, 2007 claim request to IP France / DCPJ Director for she finally
send to you, without delay, the order to delete/remove the initial information IP France has sent to you in June
1991 and that they just acknowledged false information.

In order to avoid false understanding about our 2nd Final Notice dated September 25, 2007:
I am sure that
you have noted that the content of this letter is not of same nature than the one of our 1st Final
Notice dated September 20, 2007 and that consequently, the deadline of the second is in no way
an extension of the first.
We acknowledge receipt of your reply dated October 3, 2007 to our first notice related to your FOIA request
processing.

For this reason and in regard to the entire communication exchange,
I request that you reply to our 2nd
Final Notice dated September 25, 2007
related to your failure to check promptly the information when the
opportunity was first offered to you (whether last September 19, 2006)
or if you didn’t deem necessary, I request that you state it accordingly.

And finally I request that you provide the evidence that you have notified the several US law
enforcement agencies
(USCIS, and particularly USCIS Helena MT; IP Canada …) to whom you have
conveyed the false 1991 information, about the true updated information.

So, contrary to your idea and just at this time, we will take the proper course of action.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

CS 1 GROUP LEGAL OFFICE Co.
